Only click on weblinks posted in the chat rooms that come from a reliable source. The server administrators or moderators will sometimes post auto messages through the server that contain weblinks which are safe to click on. Do not click on any weblinks posted by other users, it only takes one click to give someone control over your computer, please report in the #Help room if someone has posted a private weblink in P2P.

Reporting suspicious activity is a great help to us, although we have advanced moderation techniques and a good strong stable team of human moderators, we cannot be everywhere at once. It's a great help for people to join the #Help chat room and report someone you think might be abusing the chat rooms and it's users. It doesn't matter if your wrong but we like to be sure and check up on every complaint.

What to consider as suspicious activity?

• Members with the same IP address using multiple nicknames.



• A person giving out different ages to different people.



• Someone who is in both teen and adult chat rooms.



• A user that threats other members.

You don't know who you are talking to and what they can do so it's best to stay neutral during petty arguements and in general, be nice and welcoming, talk to the new users welcome them into the chat rooms. It's up to you how you wish to be personified in the chat rooms and if you enter rooms with a bad attitude and abusive text then your chatting experience is going to be very short with us.

The biggest risk in the chat rooms is yourself, how much information are you willing to give to others? be smart, understand if it's too good to be true then it probably is, don't give out information that personifies you as a individual.
